Rolling Shutter Motor Control Circuits Diagram

An electrically operated rolling shutter usually has a standard control panel with a three-position switch: up, down and stop. If you would like to automate the opening and closing with a time controlled switch, a few additional wires will have to be connected. Typically, the controls are implemented as indicated in the schematic ‘Normal Situation’. If this is indeed the case, then you can see in ‘New Situation’ how the shutter can be automated with a timer. There is only one method to determine the actual schematic of your control circuit, and that is to open the control box and using an ohmmeter, pencil and paper to check out and draw the circuit. Make sure you turn the power off first though! Connect a 230-V relay (with both the contacts and the coil rated 230 VAC) to the timer.   The changeover switch between automatic and manual control needs to be rated 230 VAC as well and may not be a hazard for the user. The relay and switch are preferably fitted in a plastic mains adapter e...

Simple 6Meter kilowatt amplifier Circuit Diagram

This is the Simple 6Meter kilowatt amplifier Circuit Diagram. The amplifier uses a grounded grid circuit with either the Eimac 3CX1000A7 or 8877, ceramic/metal triodes intended for linear service in the HF and VHF ranges. The amp provides the legal power output of 1500 watts PEP and CW service with no effort and requires a driver delivering between 50 and 80 watts at 50 MHz. With a plate voltage of 3000 volts at 0.8 amps the amplifier performs at 60 percent efficiency. The grid is grounded by means of the grid ring of the 3CX1000A7 socket providing a low-inductance path td ground. The amplifier is completely stable. Simple 6Meter kilowatt amplifier Circuit Diagram

Adaptor for Bass Guitar Amp Circuit Diagram

Adaptor for Bass Guitar Amp . These days, music is a major hobby for the young and not-so-young. Lots of people  enjoy  making  music,  and  more  and  more dream of showing off their talents on stage. But one of the major problems often encountered is the cost of musical equipment. How many amateur music groups sing  through an amp borrowed from a guitarist or bass player?  This is where the technical problems arise not in terms of the .25” (6.3 mm)  jack, but in terms of the sound quality (the words  are barely understandable) and volume (the amp  seems to produce fewer decibels than for a guitar). What’s more, unpredictable feedback may cause damage to the speakers and is very unpleasant on the ear. This cheap little  easy-to-build project can help solve these technical  problems. . Simple Frequency to Vvoltage Converter Circuit Diagram

This is Simple Frequency to Vvoltage Converter Circuit Diagram. In these applications, a pulse input at % is differentiated by a C-R network and the negative-going edge at pin 6 causes the input comparator to trigger the timer circuit. Just as with a V-to-F converter, the average current flowing out of pin 1 is IaverAGE = i (1.1 RjC^ f.  In this simple circuit, this current is filtered in the network RL = 100 k ohm and 1 µF. The ripple will be less than 10 mV peak, but the response will be slow, with a 0.1 second time constant, and settling of 0.7 second to 0.1%. 150W Amplifier Circuit Diagram

This is the cheapest 150 Watt amplifier circuit you can make,I think.Based on two Darlington power transistors TIP 142 and TIP 147 ,this circuit can deliver a blasting 150 W Rms to a 4 Ohm speaker.Enough for you to get rocked?;then try out this. TIP 147 and 142 are complementary Darlington pair transistors which can handle 5 A current and 100V ,famous for their ruggedness. Here two BC 558 transistors Q5 and Q4 are wired as pre amplifier and TIP 142 ,TIP 147 together with TIP41  (Q1,Q2,Q3) is used for driving the speaker. This circuit is designed so rugged that this can be assembled even on a perf board or even by pin to pin soldering. The circuit can be powered from a +/-45V, 5A  dual power supply. You must try this circuit. Its working great! The preamplifier section of this circuit is based around Q4 and Q5 which forms a differential amplifier. The use of a differential amplifier in the input stage reduces noise and also provides a means for applying negative feedback. Thus over...

FUNCTIONAL BLOCK DIAGRAM IC 723

Functional Block Diagram of IC 723 Regulator IC 723 has two sections. As shown in the block diagram, A constant current Source:- A zener diode and a reference amplifier producing a constant voltage of about 7 volts at Vref end. The zener diode is being compelled to operate at fixed point (so that zener output voltage is a fixed voltage) by a constant current Source. The second section of IC 723 comprises of an error amplifier, a series pass transistor Q1 and a current limiting transistor. The error amplifier compares a sample of output voltage applied at Inverting input terminal to the reference voltage Vref applied at the Non-Inverting input terminal. The conduction of the transistor Q1 is controlled by the error signal. Back To HOME

Automatic Bicycle Light Circuit Diagram

T his  automatic  bicycle  light  makes cycling in the dark much  easier (although you still need  to pedal of course). The circuit  takes  the  ambient  light  level  into account and only turns on  the light when it becomes dark.  The light is turned off when no  cycling has taken place for over  a minute or if it becomes light  again. The biggest advantage of  this circuit is that it has no manual controls. This way you can  never ‘forget’ to turn the light  on or off. This makes it ideal for  children and those of a forgetful  disposition. Bicycle Light Image : To detect when the bicycle is  used (in other words, when the  wheels turn), the circuit uses a  reed switch (S1), mounted on  the frame close to the wheel.  A small magnet is fixed to the  spokes (similar to that used with  most  bicycle  speedometers),  which  ...

Ups System mini Circuit Diagram

This is the Ups System mini Circuit Diagram. This Ups System mini circuit provides an uninterrupted  power supply (UPS) to operate 12V, 9V and 5V DC-powered instruments at up to 1A current. The backup battery takes up the load without spikes or delay when the mains power gets interrupted. It can also be used as a workbench power supply that provides 12V, 9V and 5V operating voltages. The circuit immediately disconnects the load when the battery voltage reduces to 10.5V to  prevent deep discharge of the battery.  LED1  indication  is  provided  to  show  the full charge voltage level of the battery. miniature white LEDs (LED2 and  LED3) are used as emergency lamps during power failure at night.  Mini Ups System Circuit Diagram A standard step-down transformer provides 12V of AC, which is rectified by diodes D1 and D2. Capacitor C1 provides ripple-free DC to  charge the battery and to the remaining circuit. When the mains power ...

New Light Flasher Circuit Diagram

This is a very basic circuit for flashing one or more LEDS and also to alternately flash one or more LEDs.It uses a 555 timer setup as an astable multivibrator with a variable frequency. With the preset at its max. the flashing rate of the LED is about 1/2 a second. It can be increased by increasing the value of the capacitor from 10uF to a higher value.  For example if it is increased to 22uF the flashing rate becomes 1 second. There is also provision to convert it into an alternating flasher. You just have to connect a LED and a 330ohm as shown in Fig.2 to the points X and Y of Fig.1. Then both the LEDs flash alternately.Since the 555 can supply or sink in upto 200mA of current, you can connect upto about 18 LEDS in parallel both for the flasher and alternating flasher (that makes a total of 36 LEDs for alternating flasher).  Light Flasher Circuit Diagram

Adjustable Voltage and Variable Current Limiter Circuit Diagram

This Mini Voltage Source with Adjustable Current Limit variable is very simple and efficient, ideal for small shippers or circuits that require a current limiter with adjustable voltage that this circuit can vary from a few mA up to 2 A and voltage 1.225v up to 12V or more, depending on the power supply.  Once the current reaches the limit set by the 100R resistor, transistor BC547 begins to act on the voltage regulator in the Adj pin and the output voltage starts to decrease. If the output is shorted, the output voltage will reduce to almost zero, as a kind of protection. Laptop Protector Circuit Diagram

Protect your valuable laptop against theft using this miniature alarm generator. Fixed in-side the laptop case, it will sound a loud alarm when someone tries to take the laptop. This highly sensitive circuit uses a homemade tilt switch to activate the alarm through tilting of the laptop case. The circuit uses readily available components and can be assembled on a small piece of Vero board or a general-purpose PCB. It is powered by a 12V miniature battery used in remote control devices. IC TLO71 (IC1) is used as a voltage comparator with a potential divider comprising R2 and R3 providing half supply voltage at the non-inverting input (pin 3) of IC1. The inverting input receives a higher voltage through a water-activated tilt switch only when the probes in the tilt switch make contact with water. When the tilt switch is kept in the horizontal position, the inverting input of IC1 gets a higher voltage than its non-inverting input and the output remains low. IC CD4538 (IC2) is used as a m...

Ladder Logic Symbols – All PLC Ladder Diagram Symbols

Ladder logic symbols are the basic building blocks for ladder diagrams. Right here you will find all the ladder diagram symbols which are described in IEC 61131-3. The symbols are available for download in all formats and in a PDF-file. It’s absolutely crucial to know about the symbols when you are working with ladder logic. Each symbol represent a certain ladder instruction. In ladder logic, these symbols are also known as bit logic instructions. The reason for this is that the programming language ladder diagram is designed for boolean signals. Standard IEC Symbols for Ladder Diagrams Ladder Logic Symbols The ladder diagram graphical programming language is standardized by the PLCopen organization, and thereby the symbols used in ladder diagrams. Since ladder logic is a graphical programming language, the PLC programs written in ladder logic are a combination of ladder logic symbols. All the symbols can be found in the standard defining ladder diagram programming: IEC 61131-3. ...
