2MHz Square Wave generator Circuit Diagram

With the values shown the circuit generates a 2-MHz symmetrical square wave. Changing capacitors Cl and C2 to 0.01 µÂ¥ results in a frequency of 500 Hz. For the particular integrated circuits and power supply voltages (5.0 V), the reliable operating range of Rl = R2 is 2 k ohm to 4 k ohm. 2MHz Square Wave generator Circuit Diagram

Simple SINE WAVE GENERATOR CIRCUIT

Sine wave is the Basic Input wave form for almost all amplifiers. Now we going to generate a sine wave of 1Khz Frequency and a peak to peak voltage of about 10V without using a signal generator. CIRCUIT DIAGRAM FOR SINE WAVE GENERATOR Components Required to wireup this circuit Q - BC107 R1 - 47KΩ R2 - 10KΩ R3 - 47KΩ R4 - 4.7KΩ Rc - 2.2KΩ Re - 680Ω Ce - 22μF C - 0.01μF Vcc - 12V OUTPUT WAVEFORM SINE WAVE GENERATOR Working of Sine wave Generator The circuit used here, is an RC Phase Shift Oscillator. It is an RC coupled Amplifier with an phase shifting network, the phase shifted output is again feedback to the input of transistor(base). We know that By BarkHausen Criteria, an amplifier will act as an oscillator if the phase shifting angle is multiple of 0, 360,........ Here the Resistors R3, R4 and Capacitors C helps to maintain a Phase shift and create oscillations.

DC 12V to AC 220V Modified Sine Wave Inverter

This inverter circuit can convert 12 volt DC voltage into AC voltage of 220 volts with a Modified Sine waveform or better known as the “Modified Sine Wave Inverter”. This inverter circuit has a modified sine wave output, so it has a better power efficiency than an inverter with square wave inverter type. Inverter circuit “Modified Sine Wave” is simple enough to be made, this inverter circuit built using the IC LM555 astable multivibrator, jonhson STP36No6L counter CD4017 and MOSFET as a power inverter. And a complete range of components to make a list Modified Sine Wave inverter can be seen in the following figure.
