Rolling Shutter Motor Control Circuits Diagram

An electrically operated rolling shutter usually has a standard control panel with a three-position switch: up, down and stop. If you would like to automate the opening and closing with a time controlled switch, a few additional wires will have to be connected. Typically, the controls are implemented as indicated in the schematic ‘Normal Situation’. If this is indeed the case, then you can see in ‘New Situation’ how the shutter can be automated with a timer. There is only one method to determine the actual schematic of your control circuit, and that is to open the control box and using an ohmmeter, pencil and paper to check out and draw the circuit. Make sure you turn the power off first though! Connect a 230-V relay (with both the contacts and the coil rated 230 VAC) to the timer.   The changeover switch between automatic and manual control needs to be rated 230 VAC as well and may not be a hazard for the user. The relay and switch are preferably fitted in a plastic mains adapter e...

Simple 0 30 VDC Stabilized power supply with current control 0 002 3 A

This is a high quality power supply with a continuously variable stabilised output adjustable at any value between 0 and 30VDC. The circuit also incorporates an electronic output current limiter that effectively controls the output current from a few milliamperes (2 mA) to the maximum output of three amperes that the circuit can deliver. This feature makes this power supply indispensable in the experimenters laboratory as it is possible to limit the current to the typical maximum that a circuit under test may require, and power it up then, without any fear that it may be damaged if something goes wrong. There is also a visual indication that the current limiter is in operation so that you can see at a glance that your circuit is exceeding or not its preset limits.    Technical Specifications - Characteristics Input Voltage: ................ 24 VAC Input Current: ................ 3 A (max) Output Voltage: ............. 0-30 V adjustable Output Current: ............. 2 mA...

Simple Remote Control Mains Switch

As the only electronics engineer in my  =family and circle of friends, it is some-times not possible to evade an appeal for help. This time the request came from a friendly elderly lady in a retirement home. In her room the light switch by the door  and the pull cord above the bed operate the light fitting on the ceiling in the middle of the room. However, she would prefer that her standing lamp was operated  by these switches instead, since she does not actually have a light fitting mounted  on the ceiling. This standing lamp has an  on/of f switch in the power cord and is  plugged into a power point. However, it  stands rather far from the bed so that she  always has to find her way in the dark. A  wireless operated power point is not really  a consideration, because it is just a matter of time before the remote is lost. Or maybe not?  Simple Remote Control Mains Switch Circuit Diagram : Behold a feasible circuit. Buy a wireless p...

H bridge Control the Direction of Rotation for DC motor Circuit Diagram

This circuit can control the direction of a DC motor., It has many applications that are necessary to operate a motor in both directions, clockwise and counter-clockwise (forward and backward). One way to accomplish this is to start the engine in a circuit arrangement of transistors called H-bridge. H bridge is an electronic circuit which enables a voltage is applied across a load in either direction. This circuit is often used in robotics and other applications to allow DC motors to become bi-directional. Alternating ON OFF Control

Use this circuit instead of a standard on-off switch. Switching is very gentle. Connect unused input pins to an appropriate logic level. Unused output pins *MUST* be left open!. First 'push' switches ON, another 'push' switches OFF. You can use 1/4 watt resistors if they are metal-film type. Any proper substitute will work for Q1, including the european TUN's. For C2, if you find the relay acts not fast enough, leave it out or change to a ceramic cap between 10 and 100nF. Parts List All resistors are 1/2 Watt and 5% tolerance. TDA2030 complete tone control

At this time I present a series of amplifiers that use IC TDA2030, but this series is equipped with a tone control. Tone controls include Bass, Treebel, and Volume. Power amplifier and tone control has been put together in a single PCB. As well as its power supply circuit was also used as one with the power amp, and tone control. Making it easier in the installation and will look neat. Schematics Layout PCB PCB design This amplifier is a mono amplifier type, can be modif for guitar amplifiers. If not coupled amplifier (mic preamp) then you must deactivated potensio treble and bass, why? because if not using a mic preamp and still maintain potensio treble and bass sound input (input) from the guitar will not or the maximum discharge is not tight on the speakers. So you must deactivated a way to decide which directly connected capacitor with the tone control circuit, and capacitor were connected directly to potensio volume and input jack.

Accurate Bass Tone Control Circuit Diagram

Description A difficult problem in the design of conventional stereo tone controls is obtaining synchronous travel of the potentiometers. Even a slight error in synchrony can cause phase and amplitude differences between the two channels. Moreover, linear potentiometers are often used in such controls, and these give rise to unequal performance by human hearing. Special potentiometers that counter these difficulties are normally hard to obtain in retail shops. A good alternative is a control based on a rotary switch and a discrete potential divider. The problem with this that for good tone control more than six steps are needed, and switches for this are also not readily available. Fortunately, electronic circuits can remove these difficulties.   Circuit Diagram: The analogue selectors used may be driven by mechanical switches, standard logic circuit or a microcontroller. The selectors used in the present circuit are Type SSM2404 versions from Analogue Devices, which switch noisele...

Simple DC Motor PWM Speed Control

Description The 555 is ubiquitous and can be used as simple PWM speed control Circuit Diagram Circuit Explaination:   The 555 Ic is wired as an astable and the frequency is constant and independent of the duty cycle, as the total resistance (R charge + R discharge, notice the diode) is constant and equal to 22Kohm (givin a frequency of about 1Khz, notice the hum). When the potentiomenter is all up, the Rcharge resistance is 1,0 Kohm (the diode prevents the capacitor to charge through the second potentiometer section and the other 1,0 Kohm resistor) , and Rdischarge is 21 Kohm, giving a 5% on duty cycle and a 1Khz frequency. When the potentiomenter is all down, the Rcharge resistance is 21,0 Kohm (the diode prevents the capacitor to charge through the second potentiometer section and the other 1,0 Kohm resistor) , and Rdischarge is 1 Kohm, giving a 95% on duty cycle and a 1Khz frequency. When the potentiomenter is at 50% , the Rcharge resistance is 11,0 Kohm (the diode prevents the ...

Simple Remote Control Tester Circuit Diagram

How to Check if a Remote Control is Transmitting an Infrared Signal. Many households have 5 or 6 remote controls laying around the house. This is the simple Remote control tester circuit diagram. The advantages for a guitar amplifier are the very simple circuitry, even for comparatively high power outputs, and a certain built-in degree of loudspeaker protection, due to capacitor C8, preventing the voltage supply to be conveyed into loudspeakers in case of output transistors' failure. The preamp is powered by the same 60V rails as the power amplifier, allowing to implement a two-transistors gain-block capable of delivering about 20V RMS output. This provides a very high input overload capability. Audio Power  60W Bass Control  Amplifier Circuit Technical data: Sensitivity: 70mV input for 40W 8 Ohm output 63mV input...
